The Emergency Pilot Replacement Program is awarded only where a member

has shown the ability to meet the required standard for temporary flight

duty under command authority. It is not a routine qualification, nor does

it place the holder on the same standing as a fully qualified Naval

Flight Academy graduate. It exists to meet immediate operational need and

to place limited trust where that trust has been earned.

You have completed the required standard and are therefore recognised as

qualified under EPRP from the above date. This qualification remains

valid for 3 months from Apr 4, 2025 only, unless it is

earlier withdrawn, replaced, or superseded by command authority.

Take this for what it is: a mark of trust, but also a temporary one. Use

the time well, carry the responsibility properly, and understand both the

opportunity and the limit that come with it.
