05 · STANDARDS
What the 173rd expects
Earned Progression
Promotion and responsibility should reflect contribution, readiness and demonstrated ability rather than simply time spent in the organisation.
Chain of Command
Appointments matter. Members are expected to know who they report to and how responsibility flows through ships, squadrons and ground formations.
Lore First, Gameplay Aware
UEE lore is the starting point, but systems are adapted where necessary so they remain practical inside the game we actually have.
Fit Matters
The probation and selection systems exist so both the member and the 173rd can decide whether the organisation is the right long-term fit.
